Things You Should Know

- If your account remains inactive for a period of (30) days (the “Maximum Inactive Period”) without being reactivated, the account will be in "SLEEP" mode. You just need to click an email in the RP inbox to change your status (takes 1 sec).
- You have a grace period of 15-days to re-activate your account after it is set to sleep before automatic cancellation takes place.
